Dr. Stinson, a Fort Wayne native, went to Northrop High School, and then on to Norfolk Virginia State for her undergrad degree. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine for her doctorate and completed her residency at Howard. She returned to Fort Wayne in 2003 to be near family and to work for Indiana Medical Associates and then Lutheran Medical Group. She brings 17 years of experience to Matthew 25.

When asked what brought her to Matthew 25, she shared, “I had heard a lot about Matthew 25 over the years and thought, ‘what a neat idea, to offer health care to everyone – for those who cannot afford it.’ I hope one day everyone will have access to healthcare whether or not you are employed.” Michelle Creager, Matthew 25 CEO, commented, “We are excited to welcome Dr. Stinson as the head of our Medical Center. She has a heart for our patient population and really knows Fort Wayne.”

Matthew 25 is the only full-time clinic in Allen County providing medical, dental, vision, and mental health care at no cost to patients. Matthew 25 serves low-income, uninsured adults in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio.
